Additional data syncing

Learn how you can sync Avion data to custom fields.

Beyond the main mappings that you will have chosen during the setup process of the integration, you can also sync any remaining Avion entity data to Jira.

For example, if you selected to sync Avion journeys to Jira epics, you could also sync Avion step names to a custom field.
