Can I have a refund?

We also endeavour to be fair when it comes to refunds. If your subscription renewal genuinely takes you by surprise and you let us know quickly, we are more than happy to refund the renewal invoice.

You can completely avoid this situation by canceling the subscription yourself. Even when canceled, you will still be able to use Avion until your subscription term ends.

Can I have a refund for the credits on my account?

Credits that have accrued on your account have no currency or exchange value, and are therefore non-refundable. Any credits on your account can only be used for future billing cycles.

Note: If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits leftover on your account can only be redeemed by reactivating your subscription. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
