Permissions required
In order to authenticate a Jira Data Center instance with Avion, you will need the Jira Administrators global permission on your user. You may need someone in your organisation to help you do this if you don't already have the relevant permissions in Jira.
Head to System → Global permissions and ensure that your user account or a group that your user account uses is in the Jira Administrators category:
