# Export to PDF ### Overview You can export your story map to PDF at any time. This can be useful to capture a point-in-time snapshot of a story map, or share it with stakeholders outside of the Avion organization. Usually it's much faster than this, but due to the fact that story maps can be so large, sometimes creating PDFs can take a while. Image exports will respect the current state of collapsed releases, unless the **Expand collapsed releases** option is checked.
