I have a coupon code. How do I use it?

Can I have a refund for inactive team members?

No. We have plans to implement smart billing in the future, which will detect active and inactive users. However, for now, you will need to ensure you only invite team members that need access and remove team members that don't.

Can I have a refund for the credits on my account?

No. Credits that have accrued on your account have no currency or exchange value, and are therefore non-refundable. Any credits on your account can only be used in future billing cycles.

Note: If you cancel your subscription, any remaining credits leftover on your account can only be redeemed by reactivating your subscription. If you have any questions, please contact the support team from within our help section in the app.
