Journey and step improvements 🏆

We've heard so much feedback about how useful it would be to be able to track descriptions for journeys and steps in Avion. So we're pleased to announce that journeys and steps now support:

• Descriptions

• Tags and personas

• Attachments (including Avion links)

• Comments

The screen should feel pretty familiar from the story screen. This screenshot is from a journey:

Journeys can now contain that much needed context that makes the story map so useful

As you might expect, descriptions and tags are two-way synced to integrated services such as Jira and Azure DevOps, just like they are with stories. We also add the additional acceptance criteria field when synced to Azure DevOps, where relevant.

Bugfixes 🪳

• Fixed a bug that made it hard to select the text inputs when adding attachments

• Fixed a bug where pushing more than 50 stories to Jira Cloud was flakey

Features

We now detect when you lose internet connection or drop the connection to our server. This will lead to a better experience for you, as you won't be able to update stories, whilst you're unknowingly disconnected (and therefore not really saving your work)

• Fixed a bug where GitHub rate limited us on larger imports (thank to Waldemar Becker)
